The Age of Obama

Yea –  I figured that would get your attention. Did I?

Ain’t talking. Just walking.

Bob Dylan is walking through Canada this week, Winnipeg, Oshawa, London, Kingston, Ottawa. Are you going? Stick with him and you’ll be rewarded. Really. I’ll be the sin, if you be the sinner.

I’m just back from the glorious Rockies. Kananaskis. Breathtaking part of the world. I remember Erich Balmer , from Switerland, teaching me to see how gorgeous my country is. Staggering, considering the beauty of his country. The constrast being between youth and age. The Swiss Alps represented age and experience (rounded edges, calm slopes),  while the Rockies are youth: jagged, stark, aggressive. We argued about the beauty and contrasts of the two. I’ll post some pictures when i’ve scanned them. Just prepared to be jealous.
